This Payor Access Agreement is entered into between Connecticut General Life Insurance Company (“Cigna”) and Williamson County, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (“Payor”), a client of Allegiance Benefit Plan Management, Inc. (“Distributor”), and shall be effective as of 7/17/2013 (the “Effective Date”). This Payor Access Agreement shall remain in effect for one year and shall automatically renew each year unless terminated by either party
