This Agreement is made and executed this day of , 2018, by and between the Board of Commissioners of Washoe County, Nevada, hereinafter referred to as “County”, the City Council of Reno, Nevada, hereinafter referred to as “Reno”, the City Council of Sparks, Nevada, hereinafter referred to as “Sparks”, and the Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County, hereinafter referred to as “RTC”.
