The engagement of Innova Communications and division of Innova Marketing Group and the acceptance of a CV or the subsequent appointment of a candidate will constitute acceptance of all terms and conditions as set out by Innova Communications and division of Innova Marketing Group, unless otherwise notified in writing within 5 (five) days after the said engagement or acceptance of the CV.
