This REGISTRY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of (the “Effective Date”) between Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“ICANN”), and Ferrero Trading Lux S.A., a corporation formed under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (“Registry Operator”).
