THIS Common Interest Agreement (“Agreement”), effective as of December 12, 2023, is entered into by and among (1) AMERICAN BATTLEFIELD TRUST (“ABT”), (2) OAK VALLEY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., (3) COALITION TO PROTECT PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, (4) THE PIEDMONT ENVIRONMENTAL COUNCIL (“PEC”), (5) THE JOURNEY THROUGH HALLOWED GROUND PARTNERSHIP, a/k/a Journey Through Hallowed Ground (“JTHG”), (6) ASSOCIATION FOR THE PRESERVATION OF VIRGINIA ANTIQUITIES, a/k/a Preservation Virginia (“Preservation VA”), (7) NATIONAL PARKS CONSERVATION ASSOCIATION (“NPCA”), (8) NATIONAL TRUST FOR HISTORIC PRESERVATION IN THE UNITED STATES, a/k/a National Trust for Historic Preservation (“NTHP”), and (9) SOUTHERN ENVIRONMENTAL LAW CENTER (“SELC”) (collectively, the “Parties”, and each individually a “Party”), and the undersigned counsel, for themselves and on behalf of the Parties they represent, for the purpose of sharing information concerning matters of common interest concerning the Prince William Digital
