I, the undersigned author of written materials submitted to the International Foundation for Telemetering (“IFT”), hereby grant to IFT the right to reproduce, publish, distribute and sell all or part of these written materials and to make derivative works of such materials, and to authorize others to do any of the foregoing. This right includes the right to reproduce, distribute, publish and sell all or part of such materials and derivative works thereof in electronic media, including interactive electronic media, and any other media now known or hereafter discovered except that the reproduction, distribution, publishing or sale of such material may not be done for profit.
