This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Settlement Agreement,” “Settlement,” or “Agreement) is made by and between Plaintiffs Ja’Cent Littlejohn and Rene Willis (“Plaintiffs,” “Plaintiff Littlejohn,” and “Plaintiff Willis”) and Defendant Ready 2 Deliver Logistics LLC (“Defendant”).
