This end-user license agreement (“App Agreement”) is between you (referred to as “you” or “your”) and Eaton Corporation, incorporated under the Laws of Ohio and with a principal office at 1000 Eaton Boulevard , Cleveland, OH 44144 (“us”, “we” or “our”), who owns (or licenses (as applicable)) the EMCB Install application software through which you can, amongst other things, connect an Eaton Energy Management Circuit Breaker (“EMCB”) to WiFi (the “App”).
