It is the understanding that CUSTOMER intends to initiate ACH Transactions, access check verification and/or guarantee services to assist CUSTOMER in determining whether to accept or reject checks tendered at the point of sale (POS) in payment for goods and/or services. VCI will provide the services to CUSTOMER, for the purpose specified herein, but only if the CUSTOMER agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth below, which are required for the protection of CUSTOMER and VCI.
