Examples of such notices might include, but are not limited to, newsletters, disclosures, etc. By using the Mobile Check Deposit, you accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement. Please read it carefully. The terms and conditions of member’s Membership Agreement and the Truth-In-Savings Disclosures for member’s deposit accounts and each of member’s loan agreements continue to apply notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this agreement.
