This document sets forth the Department of the Defense (DoD) Software License Requirements. Licensor’s Software License Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a material part hereof by this reference. This document, including Soaring Software Solutions, Inc. (“SSS”) Software License Agreement attached as Exhibit A and the SSS form Software Maintenance Agreement attached as Exhibit B constitutes the Agreement between SSS (Licensor) and the DoD. The terms and conditions set out below in these Software License Requirements, supplement, to the extent a conflict exists, supersede, and take precedence over the terms and conditions of Exhibit A and Exhibit B. For clarification in this agreement, Publisher and Licensor are synonymous.
