The mutual interest of employer and employees is recognized by this Agreement for the operation of Company properties under methods that will promote to the fullest extent, safety to the employee, economy of operation, quality and quantity of output and the protection of property; and it is recognized by this Agreement to be the duty of the Company and the employees to co-operate fully, individually and collectively for the advancement of these conditions.
