The Exhibitor agrees to view and comply with the terms, rules and regulations outlined in the Exhibitor Prospectus, Exhibitor Service Manual or communicated by the Autism Society Conference and Exposition staff. These terms, rules and regulations were developed by the Autism Society to safely and properly execute the 49th Annual Autism Society National Conference and Exposition. The Exhibitor will be held accountable for the behavior of all its representatives selected to participate in the Conference. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to relay the terms, rules and regulations to its staff and guests. Failure to comply with the terms, rules and regulations will result in removal from the Exposition and all fees submitted will not be refunded.
