THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“MOU”) is made and entered into upon all parties affixing their signatures on this document between Fulton County Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia (the “County”), on behalf of the Parks and Recreation Department (the “Department”), and the Atlanta Hawks Foundation, Inc., a Georgia non-profit corporation (the “Foundation”).
