If you would like to cancel the Consumer Credit Agreement please contact us. Our contact details are shown on the "CONTACT US" page on our web-site. We will refund any premium paid in full, less our administration fee (please refer to Terms and Conditions for full details), provided that no claim has been made. If a claim has been made then no refund will be given and we will deduct any remaining and unpaid premium from the settlement amount. If you do not cancel the Consumer Credit Agreement, you must continue to pay the instalments for your policy otherwise we will cancel your cover and terminate the Consumer Credit Agreement. Please note that if you cancel your Consumer Credit Agreement within 14 days you can maintain cover under your policy providing you pay the full premium. Failure to do so will result in your policy being cancelled.
