Finder Fee Agreement (hereinafter the Finder) hereby enters into a finder fee agreement under the following conditions on the following date, {MM/DD/YYYY}: The Client hereby employs finder to search for and forward a potential buyer/owner/tenant (hereinafter referred to as Discovery) to the Client. Payment is subject to the following conditions: Finder detects and completes detection within the retention period, between {MM/DD/YYYY} and {MM/DD/YYYY}. Discoveries that call or inform the Client at the beginning or before its commencement will not be eligible for the finder's fee. Finder may not negotiate with Discovery, nor speak for or on behalf of the Client in any way.
