TERMS OF SERVICE OF CHARMING CHINA IPTVTerms of Service • June 9th, 2009
This is an agreement between Hanya Star Company, Inc. (Hereinafter referred to as (“Hanya Star”) and the Customer (the “Agreement”), to provide access to Charming China IPTV broadcasts, Video on Demand and video related services (the “Services”). By (i) the Customer’s submission of an online order or a paper submission form; (ii) Customer’s acceptance of the Terms of Service electronically during registration, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, including future revisions and to use the Services in compliance with the following Hanya Star Authorized Use Policy.
