This Contract is entered into by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and May Corporation, LLC, with respect to the Property located at 710 Broadway Street, Seneca, South Carolina. The Property includes approximately 9.3 acres identified by Tax Map Serial Numbers 210-00-01-047, 210-00-01-055, and 210-00- 01-056. In entering this Contract, the Department relies on the representations contained in the “Non Responsible Party Application for Voluntary Cleanup Contract" of May 24, 2019, and any amendments thereto, by May Corporation, LLC, which is incorporated into this Contract and attached as Appendix A.
