The parties below understand and agree that the billing responsibility for the above account will change as follows. The customer currently responsible for payment of charges to the account ("Previous Customer") confirms that s/he has signed a twelve (12) month T-Mobile Service Agreement and is responsible for payment of all charges incurred on the account during that period. The new customer who is assuming responsibility for payment of charges to the account (“New Customer”) has read and agrees to be bound to the T-Mobile Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound for the length of the term remaining on the T-Mobile Service Agreement beginning as of the effective date of this agreement. An early termination fee of $200 per number will be charged in the event of cancellation prior to expiration of the new fixed term. The cancellation fee waiver under the Cancellation and Return Policy of the T-Mobile Terms and Conditions does not apply to this agreement. This agreement will not be ef
