This document, which includes the following terms and conditions and those on the face of the Purchase Order, serves as the offer of Howell Laboratories, Inc. (“HLI”) to the vendor identified on the face of the Purchase Order (“Vendor”) to buy the products (the “Products”) described, which, when accepted in accordance with its terms, constitutes an agreement between HLI and Vendor (the “Agreement”).
