THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF ANGLETON, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, acting by and through its duly authorized representative as authorized by official action of its governing body, for itself and on behalf of Riverwood Ranch Public Improvement District, Greystone Public Improvement District, Kiber Reserve Public Improvement District and all future public improvement districts created by the City of Angleton (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Taxing Authority”) and PERDUE, BRANDON, FIELDER, COLLINS & MOTT, L.L.P., Attorneys at Law, Houston, Texas, or their duly authorized representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Firm”).
