THIS CONTINUING COVENANT AGREEMENT, dated as of September 1, 2015 (as amended, modified or restated from time to time, this “Agreement”), between THE PITTSBURGH WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY, a body corporate and politic organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (the “Authority”), and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., a national banking association, and its successors and assigns (the “Purchaser”).
