("TVA"), a corporate agency and instrumentality of the United States of America created by and existing under and by virtue of the Tennessee Valley Authority Act of 1933, as amended (the “TVA Act”), and ORIDEN LLC a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Interconnection Customer”). TVA and Interconnection Customer are also hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as "Party" and collectively as "Parties." Capitalized terms used in this Agreement that are not defined herein shall have the meaning specified in TVA’s currently-effective Standard Large Generator Interconnection Procedures (“LGIP”).
