This User Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Lansweeper, and the other party identified below (“You” or “Your”). If you agree to this Agreement on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that business to this Agreement, and references to “You” and “Your” herein refer to that business. By signing below, You agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This agreement governs your participation in Lansweeper’s user participation program (“Program”) which allows You to contribute to the development of features and functionalities of the Lansweeper Product by participating in Lansweeper user experience research activities, surveys, evaluation of preview and/or beta releases, and/or any other activities in which You will provide information about your user experience to Lansweeper.
