In exercise of the rights and powers conferred upon the Assignee/Bank under the Facility Agreement (Corporate Borrower), Assignment (Sale Agreement) (First Party) and Power of Attorney all dated 16th day of July, 1996 entered into between the Assignee/Bank and the Assignor/Borrower in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between the Assignor/Borrower, Leisure Trade Sdn. Bhd. (“The Vendor”) and Berseri Raya Sdn. Bhd. (“The Developer”) dated the 08th day of June, 1994 it is hereby proclaimed that the Said Assignee with the assistance of the undermentioned Auctioneer.
