These terms and conditions, along with any other Exhibits and documents referenced below, together constitute the basis of a legal agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”), between the Save on Energy – Energy Performance Program (“EPP”) Applicant legal entity (“Applicant” or “You”) and the EPP service provider Enerva Energy Solutions Inc. (“Enerva” or “us”), governing our provision of access to Enerva’s centralized automated measurement and verification solution as a service.
