By choosing to purchase a limited license right referred to as the “ACA How: Reg F Implementation Pass,” the named individual listed on the order form/purchase receipt/invoice (“Purchase Order”), which is incorporated herein by reference, on behalf of yourself and your company, along with the authorized number of employees listed on the Purchase Order (collectively referred to herein as “Pass Holder(s)”), hereby agrees to the terms of this ACA How: Reg F Implementation Pass Agreement (“Agreement”). This Agreement is a legal agreement between ACA International, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation (“ACA”), and Pass Holder. The terms with initial capital letters contained in this Agreement, excluding proper nouns, or where grammatically required, shall be defined as designated within quotation marks within this Agreement.
