This document, together with the information contained in or supplied through the Service, as defined below, (the “Agreement”) is a contract between you (“you”, “your” and other similar terms or the “User”) and Cale Systems Inc. (“us”, “ours” or other similar terms) which sets out the conditions associated with your use of the WayToPark service and its associated mobile application (the “Service”) provided by us on behalf of the parking operators listed at waytopark.com/ca (such parking operators being collectively referred to as the “Operators” and individually as an “Operator”). Please read all of the following terms and conditions carefully before using the Service. By using or accessing the Service, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement. If, at any time, you do not or cannot agree to the terms of this Agreement, you then must stop accessing or using the Service and uninstall the application.
