This TRANSITION SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of April 4, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Colfax Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Enovis”), and ESAB Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“ESAB”).
