This Agreement for Coordination and Facilitation of Cordua Irrigation District’s 2020 Groundwater Substitution Water Transfer (Agreement) is effective as of May , 2020 by and between the Yuba County Water Agency, a public agency formed pursuant to a special act of the California Legislature (Yuba), and Cordua Irrigation District, a public agency formed under the Irrigation District Law, Water Code sections 20500, et seq. (Cordua). For purposes of this Agreement, Yuba and Cordua also will each be called a “Party” and collectively the “Parties.”
