THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between CyberIAM Holdings Limited (incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 10771700 whose registered office is at The Steam Mill Business Centre, Steam Mill Street, Chester, Cheshire, CH3 5AN, United Kingdom)(“Supplier”) and the Customer (“Customer”). This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date of the first Order Form or similar form referencing or otherwise incorporating this Agreement between the Supplier and the Customer.
