This ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH (“City”), a home rule municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas, and TARGET CORPORATION (“Target”), a Minnesota corporation.
