This agreement (“Agreement”) is made and executed pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein as of the date of the last signatory to this Agreement (the “Effective Date”), and sets forth the terms and understanding between Sources of Intervention Produce Seeds of Intervention (the “Provider”) and Shelby County Board of Education, operating as Shelby County Schools ("SCS"), regarding gang reduction services to be performed by the Provider under this Agreement. The intent of this strategic partnership is to catapult progress toward the goals and targets established by SCS and the Provider.
