The attachments (“Attachments”) thereto further describe and set forth additional terms and conditions for Vyve’s Video, Voice, Internet, Enterprise Class Fiber, and Vyve Technology Solutions (VTS) Services and are hereby incorporated into, and made a part of, this Agreement by this reference.
