THIS AGREEMENT is entered into on the date of the last signatory noted below (the “Effective Date”) between the City of Columbia, Missouri, on behalf of Columbia Regional Airport, (hereinafter "Sponsor"), and BURNS & MCDONNELL ENGINEERING COMPANY, INC. , a corporation organized in the State of Missouri with authority to transact business within the State of Missouri (hereinafter "Consultant"), and Sponsor and Consultant are each individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
