This Grant Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between LEV Foundation, a Washington nonprofit corporation (“LEV”) and Seattle School District #1, a political subdivision of the state of Washington (“Grantee” or “the District”). This Agreement shall be effective as of September 1, 2015 (the “Effective Date”).
