This non-exclusive, non-transferable limited evaluation license agreement (“Agreement”) for software as described below is granted by Paradigm Geophysical Corp., a Delaware corporation (“PARADIGM”) to the person who has requested and/or installed a the Software Evaluation License and accepted the responsibility for ensuring that all usage of the PARADIGM Software complies with the terms of this Agreement.
