This Grant Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of the last signature date below (the “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Stevens Point, a Municipal corporation, (the “City”) and the GREEN CIRCLE TRAIL COMMITTEE (“GCT”) and HAPPY TRAILS FUND located at the Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin (“HTF”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
