This agreement is intended for students to read, understand, and follow in checking out a chromebook from their school. Every such student is expected to read, understand, and agree to the terms set out below while using a school issued chromebook. The chromebook is at times referred to herein as a “device,” or as “equipment”, and these terms apply to any and all equipment, including any power charger, issued with the chromebook.
