The grantee agency for the Albuquerque Heading Home (AHH) project is the City of Albuquerque’s Department of Family and Community Services (DFCS). DFCS’ homeless services include prevention, outreach, shelter and housing programs, and supportive services. DFCS also administers the city’s affordable housing programs, including HUD vouchers and Continuum of Care funds. DFCS operates the CABHI grant, AHH, within its Health and Human Services Division.
