This is a license agreement and not an agreement for sale. This license agreement (Agreement) is between the end user (Licensee or you) and Global Mapping International (GMI), and gives Licensee certain limited rights to use the Global Ministry Mapping System data; geographic information system software; software updates and extensions; sample data; online and/or hard-copy documentation and user guides, including updates thereto; and software keycode or hardware key, as applicable (Global Ministry Mapping System or GMMS). All rights not specifically granted in this Agreement are reserved to GMI.
