This Monthly Payment Plan Agreement is a part of the contract between the STUDENT and Pitzer College. Under this contract, it is the primary responsibility of the STUDENT to pay all tuition, room, board and other fees due to Pitzer. By signing below, the PARENT agrees to be a guarantor of all tuition, room, board and other fees due to Pitzer College. Nevertheless, the STUDENT is the only person to whom Pitzer owes contractual obligations and the STUDENT at all times remains primarily responsible to ensure payment to Pitzer of all amounts due on the STUDENT's Pitzer College student account.
