The Agreement is made this 17th day of December, 2013, by and between The CFS Group, LLC, dba Container First Services, of 333b Industrial Drive, Petersburg, VA 23803 (party of the first part, and hereinafter known as “Contractor”), and the County of Dinwiddie, Virginia (party of the second part, and hereinafter known as “County”).
