Engineer shall be paid for construction phase services for the Phase 1C Expansion Project Engineering Services on the basis of actual hours worked by employees performing work associated with this Contract, in accordance with the Fee Schedule attached hereto as Addendum to Exhibit D. Payment of monies due for the Engineer’s subconsultant’s services shall be based on the actual amount billed to the Engineer by the subconsultant. Payment of monies due for direct cost expenses shall be based on the actual costs.
