Recording the customer’s credit card is for the sole purpose of payments of any incurred traffic violations, highway tolls or other charges, and will be kept on file for a period of six (6) months from the return date of the vehicle. In consideration of Grove Street Auto Repair giving me the use of a vehicle, I hereby acknowledge (by signing below) that I have read and accept full responsibility for the following eventualities, which may relate to this vehicle during the time I am in possession of it and until it is checked in by personnel of Grove Street Auto Repair. I understand that I will be charged if the vehicle returns with any less gas than what it had when I checked it out. I understand that the minimum gas fee will be $10.00. I hold a current driver’s license. No pets and no smoking are allowed in vehicle.
