The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), located at 300 E Street SW, Washington, DC 20546 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA") enters into this Umbrella Interagency Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Umbrella IAA") with the USDA Forest Service, Washington Office, State, Private, Tribal Forestry, Fire and Aviation Management, located at 3833 S. Development Ave., Boise, Idaho 83705-5354 (hereinafter referred to as “USFS”) in accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)); Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (P.L. 117-58; and the John D. Dingell Jr. Conservation, Management and Recreation Act (P.L. 116-9). NASA and USFS may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
