This Interconnection Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 31st day of January 2007, by CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC, (“Company”), and Texoga Technologies Corporation (“Customer”), a Texas Partnership, each hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as “Party” or both referred to collectively as the “Parties”.
