(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and PANAMCO GOLFO S.A. DE C.V., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Mexico, with principal offices at Guillermo Gonzalez Camarena No. 600, Colonia Centro de Ciudad Santa Fe, 01210 Mexico, D.F., (hereinafter referred to as the “Bottler”).
