These Software License Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to an order that incorporates these terms and conditions entered into between MicroStrategy Middle East FZ-LLC is a Free Zone Limited Liability Company, registered in the Emirate of Dubai, with company number 21051, whose registered office is at Dubai Internet City, Building 11 Floor 4 Office No. 401 - 404, 420, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“MicroStrategy”) and the entity ordering Products or services identified as “Licensee” on the order (“Licensee”).
