The company was formed in the presence of the Notary of Santa Cruz Mr. Juan Antonio Pérez Giralda on 11 May 1994, registered in the Mercantile Register of Santa Cruz de Tenerife on 18 July 1994. This company is represented by Mr. Pedro Álvarez Martín, acting in his capacity as General Director, by virtue of the specific power granted by the meeting of the Executive Commission of the Board of Directors on March 16th 2007.
